Have you tried our fresh cuts?  Each of our fresh cuts, from flavored pastas like our Chipotle Lime to our Tomato Basil, use real produce and ingredients and we're proud to offer them each week at these fine farmers markets: East Nashville (Wednesdays) 12th South (Tuesdays) Green Hills @ Whole Foods Market (Mondays) Hip Donelson (Fridays) Franklin (Saturdays) Nolensville (Saturdays) Nashville Farmers Markets (TBA)  

The last two months have been incredible. Knowing that our pasta is getting some love in homes throughout the US and here at home in Nashville is pretty incredible.  Its an honor and we don't take that lightly. We love making pasta and can't wait to share what we have in store for the summer months and throughout 2015. Until then, come out and visit us at the Nashville Farmers Market on Saturdays from 10-2.   We're really excited about the launch of Nicoletto's Pasta Co. here in Nashville, TN. Both Ryan and I have worked extremely hard over the last year and a half building out our manufacturing facility and making sure that our pastas have what it takes to make your mouth happy.
