Like all of Nicoletto’s pasta, Heritage Grain Fusilli is bronze cut with each piece cut by hand in small batches.

Nicoletto’s Pasta Co. Heritage Grain pasta is made with ancient heritage grains that are sustainably grown on small farms in Arizona. These heritage grains are grown without the use of pesticides or Chemicals. Once harvested, these non-GMO grains are milled fresh on an Austrian stone mill and sent to us in small batches depending on seasonality and availability. Heritage Grain pastas boast the natural flavor of the wheat that was grown before mass-farming methods took control of the wheat market. The texture of the grains and flavor of this pasta is unlike anything available today. Ethically grown, milled fresh, from farm to your table.
